typing on templates wont print

hello everyone, i'm having probs printing what i type on my templates in the
new office word, it worked ok in the old word, i have templates for estimates
and invoices and when i type them up then try and print them the templates
print ok but the type gets missed out for some reason, does anybody please
know what to do as it looks so unprofessional to keep hand writing them.

Could the text have been inadvertently formatted as hidden? Look in the Font
dialog box.

You may also want to try a different font, in case the font you are using
has been corrupt.
