typing in template

I have a template that i have opened in MS Word, I am trying to type over the
line but it breaks when I start typing. I need help in typing and not making
the line move.
Can anyone please help.
 
The form was not designed to be filled out in Word but printed and filled in
by hand or with a typewriter. You can either do that or just delete the
lines and type where they were.
