two users outlook with palm phone

My husband and I have the same treo 650 palm phones and want to use outlook
to synch with but I can't get his to show up on outlook. How do I set up
another user account with him so he is separate yet we can share info between
outlook and our phones? very frustrating!!!

create a windows profile for him and share the pst between both profiles.
