Two Users .... One Mailbox

I have two users accessing one mailbox. When user "a"
opens the mailbox on her WinXP computer, she has all the e-
mails. When user "b" opens the mailbox, the only e-mails
that appear are the new ones. If user "a" then opens the
mailbox, the e-mails disappear from user "b" outlook inbox
to appear in user "a". How can both users see all e-
mails? (Using Exchange 2000 on WINXP, Office XP boxes).

Sounds like the profile may be set up with a .pst file as the default
delivery location, so when A opens Outlook, all the mail goes into the .pst
Inbox.
