I currently use a dell laptop with docking station and
dell screen as my pc. I would like to 'open' my laptop
and have two connected screens. Is this possible? If so,
how do i do it?

I'm not an expert in this - only dabbled with it a couple of times - I think
it depends on whether your graphics card supports it or not. If it does
support it then the it should be fairly obvious on one of the tabs either
off display properties or display properties > settings > advanced. I would
expect the settings to be on a tab added when your display drivers were
installed. If you can't see anything relating to two monitors then your card
probably doesn't support it.

Hope this helps,

Brian.

The hardware connection capabilities of your computer would determine if
this was possible. That is not a Windows issue. IF you provide the
appropriate hardware and drivers, Windows will use them.
