1) I use the Microsoft Windows'2000 "RAMDisk" applet, and want to restore the Windows Explorer "Drive" ICON (found as image #13 in Shell32.dll) as previously used for the MS-DOS RAMDrive under Windows'9x.

I have tried everything to get it to take; but no joy. Does anyone here have the answer?

2) A result of Internet Worm difficulties, I have had to do an entire format, and re-install of Windows'2000 on one of my machines, and find I have lost the "Compatability Tab" on all my short-cuts. How do I restore this property-sheet to the Short-cuts, and get a couple of the applications that ran just fine under Windows'2000 using one or the other of the options from this tab, and without which won't load at all?

In a recent discussion here, subject: "Old applications", someone suggested
the following command, which worked for me:
"regsvr32 %windir%\AppPatch\slayerui.dll"

Thanks Joe, I'll give that a shot in the morning.

I'm late in replying as I got hit again before I could get my AntiVirus Firewall up and running. All is fine now, but will still need to try this on the one machine.
