Two queries re hyperlinks

1. Is it possible to activate a hyperlink automatically or does it always
require a mouse click or equaivelent?

2. When I activate a hyperlink in Presenter Mode, the new window always
seem to appear in the presenter's view and I have to move it manually to the
audience's screen. Is there a way to have the linked window open in the
audience's view?
