Two Problems

I have Windows Vista Home Premium.
I use Windows Mail for e mails.
I can send and receive mails from my Yahoo account.
But from g mail account I receive mails but am unable to send mail. The
error report I get is "Subject 'Re: Hello', Account: 'Gmail', Server:
'smtp.gmail.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '250 ENHANCEDSTATUSCODES',
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D"

2.
The pictures stored in Widows Photo Gallery can be mailed by clicking mail
icon in Task Bar through Outlook Express but not through Windows Mail.

Can some one provide solution.

Reading through this forum

they are suggesting that you try port 465 or 587 to fix this problem.

1) Go to tools>accounts>select gmail account>properties>advanced tab>change
SMTP Port 25 to 465. Apply/ok.
POP Port needs to be 995.

2)go to Start menu>default programs>set your default programs>when the list
populates, select Windows Mail>ensure that it has all its defaults set.
