Problem with outgoing mail

I'm having trouble sending any email. I am receiving all mail fine, but I get
this error message in my windows mail.

Subject ' My Favorite T-Shirt', Account: 'POP/SMTP', Server:
'outgoing.verizon.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '250 SIZE 20971520',
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D

Can anyone help?

try changing the port to 587... and I don't see where SSL is required....
