1. Every email is delivered twice into my inbox any ideas why this should
happen?
2. I have two email addresses within outlook. when I send an email normally
it is sent from my default email address, but when I return or forward it is
sent from my secondary address.
Any ideas please.

Are both 'addresses' delivered to the same POP3 mailbox at your ISP? Sounds
like you've got both in the same mailbox at your ISP so that it appears that
items are coming to both addresses since Outlook supports one address per
POP3 mailbox well (not so well for multiples in one POP3 mailbox). Outlook
will reply/forward from the account it thinks the mail item came from in the
first place.

Thanks for that it sounds logical. but how can I fix it? it worked well on my
old computer with XP operating system, but my new one uses vista and this is
where the problems started.
