Two problems

I'm running under Windows XP Home Edition on a Dell
Inspiron 8100:

Problem one: Am I affected by the recent security flaw
discovered in the HTML converter?

Promlem two: I frequently get a system crash that
is "announced" by a blue screen. The screen appears
momentarily, then the computer reboots. How do I get rid
of this?

For problem two: Right click your MY Computer desktop icon, then left click
Properties. When the System Properties dialog box opens click the Advanced
tab. On the Advanced tab you'll see a heading: Startup and Recovery. Click
the Settings button on the right, under THAT heading. When the Startup and
Recovery dialog box opens, under the heading System Failure, click to REMOVE
the checkmark to the left of: Automatically Restart. Then click the OK
button at the bottom of the dialog box, and then click the Apply and OK
buttons on the remaining dialog box. You'll probably have to reboot for the
change to take effect. This will not fix the problem. It will just stop
the system from rebooting on errors. Now you should be able to read the
blue screen, and know exactly what the error is. Then you can post that
error message here. Hopefully someone will know what's causing the error,
and what the fix is, or where to find a fix.
