Two problems with remote web.

I am having troubles getting my themes to the remote site. First, when I
attempt to update my web by publishing with Frontpage I get an error message
saying "cannot create folder_vti_cnf". I have disabled and re-enabled
extensions on the server and completely deleted everything I could.

Second, when I attempt to change my site on the remote web, the changes
don't save. I'll see the changes in Frontpage when I click save, but they
don't work on my browser. I have cleared out the cache and temp files on both
programs to no avail. The changes work fine on my computer, it's just the
remote web where they won't take.

I'm pulling my hair out and I can't afford to lose much more!

Contact your host to check the permissions on the FP SE and site / server

Yes, I already tried that with no luck. I still can't get changes I make on
the remote web to save.

On the live/remote site in FP, after you make, save your changes and then close the page, do you see
the changes in FP when you re-open the page? If yes, then FP and the extensions are working
correctly. You need to then clear your browser's cache, and if you still don't see the updated
pages, your host or your ISP is caching pages.

Removing and re-installing the extensions will not necessarily solve a permissions issue on the
server, the host correct this.
