two POP accounts

I have 2 pop accounts in my outlook.

How do I set each account so that the reply will go from the account that
receive it?

When I create a "new" email, how do I chhose which POP account will be the
"sender"?

What version of Outlook? The reply should always go from the account the
email was received through. How you choose the sender of a new email depends
on your version of Outlook.
