two outlook folders

I am showing 2 archive folders in my personal folders. When I look at my
Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook file I show archive, archive2, Outlook,
and Outlook3 filenames. The active files are the archive and Outlook3 folder.
I have a current backup of Outlook3. How do I get my Outlook back to 1
Outlook folder and 1 Archive folder?

Go to File, Data File Management - this lists your files and you can close
the ones you don't want open.
