Two of my keys on my keyboard have swapped characters. How do I s.

On my keyboard when I press the @/' Key, I get "/2, and the other way around.
The two keys seem to have swapped characters. How do I correct this problem ?

You've got the wrong keyboard selected in Control Panel | Regional Options |
Input Locales. The UK keyboard differs from the US in this regard, I
believe.
