Installed Napster but it wont run. Error msg claims my media player isnt a high enough version. 7 0r higher
My pc has versions 6 and 9 on xp home edition.
have tried to delete version 6 so napster software might recognise version 9 but after a few seconds version 6 reappears.
Also videos will not open in media player (either version) unless i right click and choose "open with"

What can i do.

Hi,

Installing WMP6 on WinXP is unsupported, and now you know why - it wasn't
designed for it and can cause several issues. Remove it, then reinstall WMP8
(the default) or 9, and it may correct the issue. Your other option would be
a repair installation of WindowsXP.
