Two Laptops, different results

We have two laptops. One with XP installed and one with XP Professional
installed.

The XP Pro laptop shares files with and prints perfectly through our 98
desktop. The laptop with XP does not. It is unable to find another machine
or printer on a network.

Thanks for your help.
