Two Image folders wrong structure level

How can I fix this? I've just reactivated my web after having my computer
rebuilt. I opened FrontPage and created a main folder and converted it to a
web. I opened my web (E: drive) in FrontPage, then published it back to C:
into the newly converted web folder, restarted and opened the web in
FrontPage. Looked fine there.

I added three small .jpg's, and changed a small amount of text in two .htm
documents, and FTP'd changed files back to the server.

On the live web, the .jpg's were coming in 'way slow or not at all, as
though they were working too hard to get out. I'm just now looking things
over in Windows Explorer thumbnail view. The structure there is different
than in FrontPage.

In Windows Explorer the Webs file structure is lined up like this (two
images folders) (the folders are brightly colored)

C:\Documents and Settngs\my name\My Documents\My Webs\Main_Web_Folder

...........main web folder
..............._borders
..............._derived
..............._fpclass
..............._overlay
..............._private
..............._themes
..............._vti.cnf
...............images (Pictures In This One)
...........images (This One Is Empty)

In the FrontPage Folders View it is (the folders are *not* brightly
colored):
C:\Documents and Settngs\my name\My Documents\My Webs\Main_Web_Folder
........_borders
........_fpclass
........_overlay
........_private
....+.._themes
........_images (Pictures in here)

In this last list, it looks like the Images folder should not be on the same
level as the others.

The second one is correct
All web related folders need to be under the sub web
C:\Documents and Settngs\my name\My Documents\My Webs\Main_Web_Folder
or really: Main_Web_Folder

In the 1st one the images folder you are seeing is part of the top level root web
C:\Documents and Settngs\my name\My Documents\My Webs\ as in
.......My Webs
...........main web folder
...........images (This One Is Empty)

PS
If you are using Windows Explorer thumbnail view and Not turned off the option for windows to save thumbnails, you are having thumbs
..db files created which should never be in a FP web and should never be uploaded to a server

Looking around, I did find a setting for viewing folders that says, Do Not
Cache Thumbnails. Is this what you meant by "turning off thumbnails")? I did
this by selecting the C: drive and applied it to all folders. Have just
taken a look through several directories and they are all set for
"Details" - also affected the other drives. Thank you.
