Two Fold: Mouse right click/New hardware wizard

I use to be able to right click the mouse on the Program menu and put them
in order....
now the sub-menu doesn't stay up.....

I networked my computer with my grandsons and now when I boot his the
New hardware wizard appears about 5 times saying its found a printer each
time
I only have one printer and as far as I know I am not sharing it with him at
this time.

If your right click menu is missing.....

XP Start Menu >>
Right click the Start button | Properties |
Start Menu tab | Customize button | Advanced tab |
Scroll down to and Check: Enable dragging and dropping |
OK | OK

Classic Start Menu >>
Right click the Start button | Properties |
Start Menu tab | Customize button |
Scroll down to and Check: Enable dragging and dropping |
OK | OK

[[Specifies whether you can drag items to the Start
menu.]] Also disables right click menu if UNChecked.
