I was wondering if any of you can tell me how can i configure two different
different email accounts in one profile in MS-Outlook 2003.
I want two different different Inbox, Sent Item, Draft and all default
folders in same profile.
Whenever any mail arrives from A account it should be lend upper Inbox and
other mail arrives from "B" account it should be arrived in downward account.

You can't unfortunately. You can manually create an inbox and sent box for
one of the accounts in the form of Inbox A and Sent A and use a rule to move
mails sent to and from that account to those folders....although I think the
rule for Sent items will COPY rather than move...
Two other alternatives - see if your ISP offers IMAP accounts, when you WILL
get a complete separate set of folders for each account, or, not to
efficient, set up a second mail profile for one of the accounts...

Assuming a pop mail server;
Only a single inbox/sent folder can exist, what is usually done is to create
subfolders and define rules to move msgs to the appropriate folder
