two desktops

i want to setup a another user account for my boyfriend but i've tried this
and his account doesn't have all the programs in the start menu and also the
games that we play if he loads them from his desktop it doesn't have the save
games on it is there a way to change this?? i put his setting as computer
administrator by the way. cheers all.
