Two 'D' drives ?? that's me

I have a Cd WR in my D drives and works fine. Recently I bought a DVD +WR and configured it as the slave to my CD Rom. In My computer it shows the E drive as DVD but in Program Files Downloads I find NO 'E' drive. A CD Rom and a 'D' drive both attached to the 'D' drive. I looked into the hardaware and there is CD driver and the DVD driver listed.

What do you mean by Program Files Downloads? What is this and what does
it mean to you? If the drives show correctly in My Computer, Device
Manager shows both installed correctly, and they both work, what does
Program Files Downloads have to do with it?
