Two Companies, One (DSL) Internet Connection

I have two companies in one building who want their
networks to have no access to one another, but they have
a common router that allows them to share an Internet
(DSL) connection. What is the best way to keep the two
networks separate from one another, but still share the
Internet connection? Please advise...Tks. JJ

Get two more routers and connect their WAN ports to LAN ports of the
common router. Connect one company to each of the new routers. Make
sure that the IP subnet used by the common router is different than
the subnets used by the new ones.

In addition to Steve's good advice, there are a few routers that
can feed two LANs from one Internet connection. From my (poor)
memory, a few examples could be LanCom 821, LanCom 1621, Bintec
Brick XM. But please recheck before you buy. There are probably
some more.
