TweakUI Defrag Option

TweakUi contains an option to "optimize hard disk when idle."
Initially I assumed that this controlled the boot optimize feature of
WinXP. However, I checked the "BootOptimizeFunction" and the
"EnablePrefetcher" registry keys and neither of these is affected by
the TweakUI option.

Does anyone know what the "optimize hard disk when idle" option in
TweakUI does?
