I am running radeon 9800 pro (128mb) with pentium4 3.2Ghz 800fsb. 1Gb of
ram, anyway i can squeeze a little more out of my card, it is still in
standard setup as received from dell

The Omega drivers might help and if they don't the extra facilities
that come with them may help you with overclocking.
