One of the XP Powertoys from (if you have installed XP SP1)

If you have not installed SP!, the earlier version can be found at
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/TweakUiPowertoySetup.exe

Once installed you will find it in Start - All Programs - Powertoys for
Windows XP

There has been no SP2 released--only SP1. You may see some
patches labeled SP2, but they are just candidates for inclusion
in SP2 when it is eventually released.

AS Ken says - some patches are labelled as SP2, but there is no SP2 for
Windows XP. Don't confuse the matter with the SP2 for *Office* XP
