TWAIN DRIVERS BEING BLOCKED

Hi,

Below is a complete copy of my twain.log file, after trying to acquire
pictures from my Digital Camera, a Concord EYE-Q DUO LCD , using Arcsoft's
Photoimpression 2000. WinXP PRO is blocking twain from starting! I
reinstalled the Camera drivers.....no luck. .......twain divers .........no
luck either ....HELP!!!

Yes I have.....no change......even disabled "Windows Image
Acquisition"......rebooted......no luck.
There must be a component of WIA that's loading during boot that I haven't
found yet.....any thoughts?

YUP!........Even disabled Windows Image Acquire
Service......rebooted........reinstalled.you name it!
