TV Tuner

I know its a stupid question but here goes.
I installed a TV tuner and I also have cable modem. I
have two dishes as well, one for regular channels and
other for PPW/International channels.
I was wondering how can I set it up so that I can view
reguler channels and Int. channels on my computer and
also use cable modem.
I am a little confused. Please help.
