TV tuner problem...

Hello there,
i've got a big problem - tv tuner TVPhone/Capture 98
with Bt878 chip.
When I put it in PCI slot (i've tried in everyone)
computer doesn't wake up
Everything was ok, since I've change my mobo:

Actual: Abit NF7
Before (everything with tuner was fine): ECS K7S5A v3.1

my cfg:
Athlon 2000+ XP, 512MB DDR, Gainward FX5600 256MB,
Abit NF7, CD, DVD, lan, Samsung 60&40GB. 300W power suply (new one).

what's the problem ?
maybe some IRQ's ? but i don't know how to set them

You might see if there's a newer driver available for it
(the TV/Capture card), and whether any Abit bios updates
address similar problem(s).
