tv tuner problem with ATI card

Hi,
when I had windowsME running, I could view tv programs
with my All-in-wonder card. when I changed to windowsXP,
I can still see the TV program but there is no sound.
I installed the driver from the CD-ROM came with the
video card.
I tried to update the driver downloading it from ATI
web-site: wxp-w2k-catalyst-7-95-031028m-011774c.exe.
When I tried to install it, it gives the following
message:
INF error Video driver not found
and then:
Setup unable to complete installation. Try to set up
your display adapter with a standard VGA driver before
running setup.
I could not understand why this message? Any tips to
solve this problem is welcome. Please reply to my email
address, as I do not visit this newsgroup.

I believe the Catalyst drivers are mainly for the Radeon based video cards.
If your All-in-Wonder card is not based on Radeon chips, then it may not
install.
