tv tuner card has code 12 - what needs to be disabled

Thanks in advanced.

I am having trouble with my tv tuner card in Windows xp media center
2005. i just recently got WXMC to install fully. now my tv card is
saying it doesn't have free resources. at one point i received a
message saying to disable something but can't remember what.

can anyone tell me what i need to disable to get my tv card to work?
