TV signal for everything exept Mpeg/Avi-video?

Hi,

I noticed that my Nvidia GeForce2 card doesn't send a video picture to my TV
(connected to the S-video port). The strange thing is that I get a signal
that is showing the same picture as the one on my ordinary computer monitor,
exept for when I start the Media Player (or any other player). The program's
video window stays black though its picture runs normally on my RGB screen.
What can be wrong?

Regards,

....I'm using the latest driver from Nvidia!

Hi Lennart
Which driver are you using for you geforce card? If you are using the one
which came with Windows XP try installing the newer driver on nvidia.com . I
am unsure if the driver that shipped with Windows XP supports hardware
acceleration for the secondary display.
