TV out

Does anyone know of a tv out card that doesn't need the computer to reboot?
Ideally i would like it to support 1024x768.
Is the difference between normal ariel lead and s-video output significant?
I have s-video on my tv, so that is not a problem

Never had problems with the ATI Radeon cards. Any of them will support
1024x768.

S-video, in theory, is better quality (though I've never noticed a huge
difference). Since all new TV's, VCRs, etc. all use S-video you should
definately make sure you get it (especially since your TV supports it). Of
course, you can always get a composite-to-S-video connector.
