TV out in my display card? Please help!!!!

Hi there, I am trying to watch a DVD on my computer but when i try to play it
i get this message:
TheTV Out port of your display card is not working properly.

Followed by this in the details:
This copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is
enabled.

My graphics card is: NVIDIA geforce2 MX 400.

I have looked in the device manager properties for the driver settings but
cannot find the option to disable this tv out port.

Please, any help would be much appreciated!!
