TV Media and SearchCentrix pop-ups problems

every time I the MS Malicious spyware Removal application
loads it detects those two. TV Media and SearchCentrix.
It removes it evey time and yet still detects it at the
next load up. The threats are even present anymore, but
the software still reacts as if it finds them. Anyone
knows how to cure this?

TV Media:
Follow these removal steps to remove this adware from your computer:
1.. Reboot the computer to Safe Mode (Press F8 when Windows starts).

2.. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit' to open the Registry Editor.

3.. Navigate to the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run

In the right pane, delete the value named 'TV Media' that points to the
file 'tvm.exe'.

4.. Navigate to the following registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run

In the right pane, delete the value named 'TV Media' that points to the
file 'tvm.exe'.

5.. Exit Registry Editor.

6.. Open a Dos command prompt (from Start > Programs>Accessories>Command
Prompt). Enter the following commands:

cd ' C:\Program Files\TV Media'
regsvr32 /u TvmBho.dll

7.. Open Windows Explorer, delete the folder 'TV Media' from 'Program
Files' directory.

8.. Reboot the computer.

I would also: Boot into Safe Mode (F8) at startup;
Empty your temporary files AND your Temporary Internet Files C:\Documents
and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files folder ;
Run the scan while in safe mode;
