How do I turn 'ON' the "Print Screen" function. My new system has it turned
off and the help function does not direct me to the correct solution. thanks

This newsgroup is for questions about Microsoft Access, the database
application.

You have posted this message to the wrong news group.
The access in this newsgroup's title refers to Microsoft Access, a
database product.

You should have posted this in a Windows newsgroup.

However, as long as you are here, the PringScreen button does not
print the data on the screen directly to a printer. It actually copies
what is on the screen to the Clipboard.

To print what is on the current screen, press Shift + Print Screen
Open a Word document (or Excel, or MSPaint program) and Paste the
clipboard.
Print the resulting Word (or Excel or Paint) document.
