I have forgotten how to turn off auto play for data CD in Win2k. I have
two CD players and would like to turn off the auto play for data CD's on
one of them. Could someone point me in the right direction. Thank you
very much.

See:-

for general information on this topic.

The value of:-

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer\NoDriveTypeAutoRun

to have audio CDs autoplay and data not is 0xb5

Note:-

1) I pretty sure you can't be selective between drives. It's both CD-ROMs or
neither.

2) As I have recently discovered, if SP4 is installed, you can't have autoplay
on for audio and off for data. That becomes on or off for both audio & data.
(I'm still pursuing that one...)
