Turning Multiple Movie Clips into One Movie

I've been working with this program for a while, but there is one problem I
still can not fix. If I take multiple clips (Saved as DV-AVI) and import
them into one WMM file, even if I put a fade transition between each of the
mini clips, when I burn it all together it makes a small jump from one mini
clip to the next. I need to figure out how to stop this from happening, and
make each transition smooth.

Yes, and it also jumps once I have burned the DVD. You can tell where I have
transitioned from one mini video to the next throughout the whole dvd.
