Turning Autoplay Off - ?

I want to disable (turn off) Autoplay on both my external hard drive
and zip drive. I followed instructions found in Help - right clicked
on the device, went to the Autoplay tab, selected "Mixed Content",
then selected "Take No Action", and pressed "Apply". This worked
partially on the external hard drive. The Autoplay window showed the
device being scanned, but the Action window did not appear. On the
zip drive there was no effect. When a disk is inserted, it continues
to bring up the Windows Explorer display showing the folders present
on the disk. How can I totally disable the Autoplay function for both
of these devices? Thanks.

Thanks guys. I downloaded, installed and fixed the problem in less
than five minutes. Thanks again.
