for turn off Windows xp embedded, can directly be stopped with the computer
or is necessary to do it with the operating system?

I might not follow your exact question but you may want to provide more info
about your hardware, the image you are planing to build, etc.
E.g., is your hardware ACPI compliant?
Are you planning on creating Minlogon or Winlogon image?

Also, can you elaborate on what you meant by "can directly be stopped with
the computer"? Power button functionality?

I want install windows xp embedden in a PC with
EdenTM 667MHz
SDRAM: 128MB/256MB
15in. XGA (1024 x 768 dots)
TFT color LCD

The idea is that, in this pc running only a application, when the pc is
started the application started, and if the user stopped the pc without stop
correctly the OS, what's happens ?
Or if the power down ?

Well.. nothing good will happen for sure unless you have a Write Filter protecting your system/boot partition.
