turn off track changes so someone can't see what changes were made

Anyone know how to turn off track changes so that when a client sends a
document to someone, that person can't turn on the track changes and see what
the document originally looked like?
 
You have to accept all the changes and they can't see what's been changed.
You can also PDF the document and send it that way.
