Turn off this prompt

I am using word2003 and every time I create a document from a template I am
from then on always prompted "do you want to save changes to the document
template". Does anyone know how to turn this off?

Not a good idea -- what if someday you _did_ want to save a change to
a template?

If I want to change the template I will edit it and then save it. If I want
to save changes to the document I created from the template I just want to
press the save button.
