Turn off Mouse Wheel

Is there a way to turn off the mouse wheel from firing on certain access
forms. I have a bound form (With several tabs) that is tied to multiple
records (Contacts), I use a back and forward button to allow the user to
advance to the next contact. When the user uses the mouse wheel the screens
starts to jump all over the place.
