Turn off messeger so it won't log in during startup or reboot.

How can I turn off messenger for msn so it will not log
in during start up or after turning on my pc.
 
Click Start > Run...> Type "gpedit.msc" then press Enter
Expand the "Local Computer Policy" branch
Expand the "Administrative Templates" branch
Expand the ""windows Components" branch
Click on "Windows Messenger"
Follow instructions on the right hand side window to
disable the Windows messenger
