Turn off email in Outlook

I would like to turn off receiving or sending all email in Outlook 2003 ?
(and just use the calender. I use Outlook Express & don't want to store
mail on both programs.)
 
Tools | E-mail Accounts Check View or change existing e-mail accounts |
Next | Highlight the account, and click on the Remove button, Click Finish.
