How do I turn off the Outlook Allow/Deny message when sending an email from
another product eg Quickbooks or a programme running on Microsoft Outlook?

Version of Outlook?

Typically, you need to get an updated version of the program that is causing
it - one that was rewritten to avoid the prompt. You can also use a utility
to automate it. See http://www.slipstick.com/OUTLOOK/esecup.htm#autosec for
more information on Automation Security.
