Turn off computer

My XP Home is quite new - 4 months old - and has developed a fault. Every time I click on turn off
computer, it restarts instead of turning off. Any solutions?

If it's under warranty, speak to the people you purchased the computer from before
your start trying to fix it yourself. They may be able to assist you.
