Outlook 2007. Preview Pane. How do I turn off the click to follow link
balloon? I receive a list of job postings as hyper-links. When trying to
read or view the descriptions the click to follow balloon pops up and blocks
the links above the cursor.

That is not expected behavior of Outlook.

Your system can be running malware. I'd like to see a sample screenshot
of this problem.
