Turn off Outlook pop-up descriptions

How do I turn off the pop-up descriptions when I hold my cursor over an email
in the Inbox window pane in Outlook? I've tried turning off the "show pop-up
description" in Windows folder options, but that only worked for files in a
folder. I'm talking about the emails in Outlook. Thank you.
