tsistrm.sys - from winupdate (drivers)-ERROR device driver could not load

this was either for nvidia display card or brother printer
drivers - after install NOW get ERROR that it cannot load
device driver.
Uninstalled new nvidia and brother mfp files and STILL
HAVE ERROR.
File error = ./SystemRoot/System/Drivers/TSISTRM.sys
device driver could not be loaded. ERror Status was
0xc0000034.
HELP

You are not alone. I have the same problem after updating
W2K. Hopefully someone out there can help both of us.
